EFSD Programme Portal

EFSD has introduced a centralised portal to manage grant and fellowship applications. This portal simplifies the application process, enables tracking of submission status, and improves communication between applicants and EFSD.

How to Submit Your Application

Applications for travel fellowships and other EFSD programmes must be submitted through the new EFSD Programme Portal. Applications submitted in any other way will not be considered.

Required Documents: 

Please ensure all required documents are accurately completed, properly formatted, and ready for upload before submitting your application. Applications missing any mandatory documents will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered.

Required documents include:

1. Research Plan - Grants
2. Research Plan - Fellowships (Rising Star & Young Investigator)
3. Research Plan - EFSD/Novo Nordisk Foundation Future Leaders Award
4. Signatures and Declaration - Grants
5. Signatures and Declarations - Fellowships (Rising Star & Young Investigator)
6. Signatures and Declarations - EFSD/Novo Nordisk Foundation Future Leaders Award
7. Signatures and Declaration - AR Travel Fellowship
8. Proof of institution’s non-profit status (bylaws or governing document)
9. Applicant’s biographical sketch (maximum 3 pages)
10. Collaborative Agreements
11. Letters of Support from current and/or future supervisors or mentors
12. List of abstracts for any current or pending support (if applicable)

Visit the EFSD Programme Portal to create an account and log in.
